GENITAL HERPES

Q: I have herpes type 2. I very rarely get outbreaks. My doctor gave me a prescription for valtrex, and informed me to take it when i have an outbreak. I have recently met someone thats pretty much amazing and she doesn't have Herpes. I was to keep it that way. I'm going to tell her before we have a sexual relationship but before i do i want to make sure i have my facts straight. I'm really scared she is going to freak out and run away. so i wanna make sure that i know everything i need to know ...

Can i spread herpes type 2 by kissing?

Can i spread Herpes type 2 by giving oral sex... ?(my mouth - her vagina)

If i where a condom and have no sign of an outbreak is it safe for her to perform oral sex? what if i don't where a condom with no outbreak?

If i'm not having an outbreak should i take once a day valtrex just to be safe. I wanna make sure she doesn't get this disease... so is it better to take valtrex all the time even though you might not need it.. (chronic herpes outbreaks) or do i have the same chance of spreading it if i just take the Valtrex when i feel an outbreak might occur?

It is true that the only way i can spread it is either through unprotected sex? or while having an outbreak (open sore... or sore of anykind) if her skin touches an infected area/blister or sore?

Would it be safe if (not having an outbreak of any kind) she touched other areas of my "privates" with her tongue/hand?

Can i still have kids with herpes type 2?

Is there anything wrong with my sperm if i have Herpes?

Do i still have the same chances of getting someone pregnant with this disease?

I'm a little confused about this whole herpes things so I have a couple of questions...

Now I had felt irritation in my vaginal area and when I went to the doctor's office she told me that it was a yeast infection. She sawpped test the blister to make sure, and said that it will come out negative beacuase it doesn't look like a herpes blister. Well she prescibed me the monistat yeast infection cream and I used it and it went away. When I went back for the results she said that it tested positive for herpes and that I may never get another outbreak, but she didn't tell me which one I had. I've hadn't had an outbreak since. A couple of months later when I went to planned parent hood and got a peice of mind test it showed that I tested positive for hepres 1 (which casues common cold sores). Is it possible that the swap test came back positive beacuse I already had the herpes virus in my system? How will I know if I have genital herpes if I never get another outbreak? Am I able so use Valtrex? Will it still treat the genital herpes, if I do have it, if I take valtrex as if I was treating a cold sore? Beacuse my partner and I were planning to have a kid, but we kind of put that on pause. I wouldn't want to give him something he doesn't have. So is using valtrex a good idea so that I won't give it to him? I heard that a person who has HSV1 genitally can't pass it to a person who has HSV1 orally...is that true? and what are the risk of passing it to the baby durning child birth or at all?
